shipping & returns

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times may depend on your location. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal problems. Postal issues are outside of our control.

- We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays). 

- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. - If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. 

- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at or 424-235-8875. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask that your re-submit your order. 

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup

- In-store pickup is available Saturday and Sunday 8AM-1PM and by appointment during the week.  AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP.  If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the store to make arrangements.

Los Angeles

-Free delivery on orders over $200 within our Los Angeles delivery zone. Please contact customer service for arrangements.

-We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery.

-Orders placed by customers outside of the Los Angeles delivery zone will be shipped the next business day.  Any requested deliveries outside of the delivery zone, will incur a delivery fee.

United States

-Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday-Saturday using USPS or your choice of FedEX or UPS. Shipping rates apply. 

Outside of the United States

- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including Vat),which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Glam Precinct Inc.™ us not responsible for these charges if they are applied and is your responsibility as the customer. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We only ship to postal boxes via USPS.

Returns/Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges


- There are NO returns or refunds. We are unable to take returns or give refunds.  In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the items condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try to our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 - You have the right to cancel your order within One hour of placing your order in writing via the contact page or 24 hours a day.  You may also contact The Glam Precinct Inc.™ via phone during business hours at 424-235-8875.

- After your order and shipping label has be fulfilled/generated, there are no refunds.
